We take into account the student’s subject needs, learning style, and personality to find the best tutor match for them. We pride ourselves in getting it right first time, but if we don’t, a lateral shift within the team is more than possible!

Sessions typically last one hour, but we can adjust this based on the learner’s age, needs, and preferences.

Absolutely! We understand life happens and aim to be as flexible as possible. Any changes made before 24hrs of the scheduled lesson are very much welcomed. However, any lessons cancelled within 24hrs will be charged in full to respect tutor time.
